                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF THE
                   CONTRACT FOR SOIL TESTING RELATIVE TO THE
                   CRESTONE CIRCLE SLOPE FAILURE TO GEO-HYDRO
                   ENGINEERS, INC. FOR THEIR LOW BID OF TWO
                   THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       award of the contract for soil testing relative to the Crestone
       Circle slope failure to Geo-Hydro Engineers, Inc. for their low
       bid of $2,500.00.
